“Tumbleweed,” the second release from the forthcoming charity album, ‘Write By The Sea :: Volume One,’ examines a restless heart and the love that got away. Written by David Borné and Todd Wright and performed by Borné with accompaniment from Wright, the folk/Americana ballad likens a free-spirit lover to a tumbleweed “blowing in the breeze.” Borné, Wright, and a collection of other songwriters collaborated over an October 2018 weekend to create the album ‘Write By The Sea :: Volume One’ with revenue from the record benefitting the Florida non-profit group Rock By The Sea (www.RockByTheSea.org) along with Washington DC-based ABC2. Fans of Borné also follow Paul McDonald, Caleb Caudle, and Brent Cobb, while fans of Wright follow Tyrone Wells, Sister Hazel, Matt Wertz, and others. Genres include Folk, Americana, Singer-Songwriter.
